Kathara does not store your API keys on our servers—they are kept only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping them secure.

API Usage and Costs

When you use Kathara, you are directly consuming your Anthropic API quota and incurring costs according to Anthropic's pricing. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with your API usage. Kathara is not responsible for monitoring, limiting, or controlling your usage.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI through Kathara is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable. The AI may:

• Produce incorrect or misleading information
• Make mistakes in reasoning, logic, or calculations
• Generate content that does not match your expectations
• Provide responses that contradict established facts

You should always verify important information independently and not rely solely on AI-generated responses for critical decisions.

Permitted Use

Kathara is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The service is not:

• A source of medical, legal, or financial advice

Violations of Anthropic's usage policies may result in your API key being suspended or banned by Anthropic. Kathara is not responsible for such actions.

Intellectual Property

Kathara's interface, design, and code are proprietary. Content you generate through the service may be subject to the terms and policies of Anthropic.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathara is not liable for:
